We hustle to get your gear ready for the ice! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may have extended delivery times or may not be serviceable.

Our 15-Day Play Hard Guarantee

If your equipment doesn’t meet your game standards, we’ll make it right within 15 days of delivery. Here’s how it works:

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Adult Goalie Jocks
• Adult Standard Jocks & Cups
• Adult Lower Undergarments
• Authentic NHL Jerseys with customizations

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging with all tags attached is required
• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

How to Return Your Gear

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email [email protected] with:

• Your order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return (helps us improve our hockey gear)

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 24 business hours with:

• Return authorization number
• Shipping instructions

Step 3: Pack & Ship

• Include the original packing slip
• Use protective packaging (we recommend bubble wrap for fragile items)

Refund Process

Timeline: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Methods:

• Original payment method (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
• Store credit (if preferred, processed immediately)

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For size exchanges or different hockey gear:

• Follow the standard return procedure
• Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
• We’ll ship the new item once the return is processed (additional charges may apply for price differences)

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
• Refunds will be processed in USD
