At Goaliemonkey®, we stand behind our hockey gear like a goalie guards the crease. If your equipment doesn’t meet your game standards, we’ll make it right within 15 days of delivery.

How to Return Your Gear

1. Initiate Your Return
   Email [email protected] with:
   – Order number
   – Item(s) for return
   – Reason (helps us improve our hockey gear)
2. Wait for Approval
   Our team will respond within 24 business hours with:
   – Return authorization number
   – Shipping instructions
3. Pack & Ship
   – Include original packing slip
   – Use protective packaging (we recommend bubble wrap for fragile items)

Refund Process

Timeline: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Methods:

• Original payment method (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
• Store credit (if preferred, processed immediately)

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For size exchanges or different hockey gear:

1. Follow standard return procedure
2. Include a note specifying desired replacement item
3. We’ll ship the new item once the return is processed (additional charges may apply for price differences)
